I am a Mama to an amazing little boy and a certified child & infant sleep consultant.

I love what I do! I have helped parents with all kinds of issues – safely co-sleeping, getting back to work when they were feeding to sleep, getting their toddler to sleep in a big bed, moving their baby from a bassinet to a crib, stopping rocking to sleep every 45 minutes through the night  – the list goes on – ultimately I help everyone GET MORE SLEEP.
